Join Fr. Jacob for a special St. Teresa’s Advent Pilgrimage! We’ll begin with Mass, then head to Chicago by coach bus. Along the way, enjoy a narrated story of Pope Leo’s life, visit meaningful sites from his childhood home and parish, and be guided in prayer by Father. We’ll also stop for lunch at Pope Leo’s favorite spot—Aurelio’s in Homewood, IL—to enjoy his beloved “Poperoni” pizza! The day continues with festive stops at the Christkindlmarket in Daley Plaza and the dazzling ZooLights at Lincoln Park Zoo. Refresh your soul this Advent season—while we take care of all the planning and driving!
This price includes transportation on a coach bus, tours & tips. Check-in will be at 10:15 am at St. Teresa’s. You may leave your car in the parking lot. Approximate arrival back to St. T’s is 7:30 pm.
Lunch will be a pizza and salad buffet. You will receive an email from Stella Maris Tours several weeks before the trip giving you additional details.
